The parcel at 702 Manufacturers Road sits in a former industrial/waterfront-industrial section of Chattanooga, but the new project will turn it into a 278-unit residential community that leverages both proximity to downtown and regional connectivity. While exact driving distance varies, residents there will have easy access — within minutes — to downtown Chattanooga amenities, as well as convenient connections to major regional highways including Interstate 75 (I-75), Interstate 24 (I-24), and U.S. Route 27 (US-27), giving good access across the Chattanooga region and beyond.
